Did you know? Diamond Bakery was started in 1921 by three Japanese immigrants, Hidegoro Murai, Kikutaro Hiruya and Natsu Muramoto. They shared a love for baking and a vision of creating Hawaii's first bakery focused on the perfect locally-made cracker and cookie. They named their bakery Diamond, after the famous Diamond Head landmark.
